EthosUrban

We use FME Server to grant EthosUrban, an Australian urban planning and design consultancy, access to the latest policy and planning rules from the websites of local and state authorities. These updates had previously been difficult to collate, being disparately posted across government websites and public notices. The cost of missing an important change could be significant, both in the property portfolios of current clients, and in missed opportunities for new business. We used FME to connect hundreds of data stores and websites, to track, pull, format and deliver policy and planning changes to EthosUrban. Thus ensuring the company’s policy analysts are made aware of every change, and are able to provide the finest and most up-to-date recommendations to their clients.
